  1. Your tire itself, located on the sidewall.
  2. The tire placard inside your driver side door.
  3. Your vehicle’s owner manual.

How to read a tire size: refer to the picture detailing what each number/letter means. The same sequence of numbers/letters should be visible on every tire.

Different types of tire sizes: There are two common tire size types. The most common is metric 215/70R15. The other type is floatation that will look like 35×12.50R20.
